Delete your Clarinu account

Two ways to do it, depending on whether you still have the app. Both remove your account and everything stored with it. Neither can be undone.

Fastest

From inside the app

Takes effect immediately — nothing is queued and nobody has to approve it.

  1. Open Clarinu and sign in
  2. Tap the avatar, top right of Today
  3. Scroll to Delete account
  4. Confirm
No longer installed

By email

Write to us from the email address the account uses — that is how we know the request is yours. Put Delete my account in the subject.

igorszyszkabusiness@gmail.com

We delete the account and reply to confirm, within 30 days and usually much sooner.

What is removed

  • Your account — the email address and the sign-in itself, whether you used Apple, Google or a password.
  • Your exams and homework — subjects, dates, topics, difficulty and readiness ratings.
  • Your study plan and session history — every planned and completed session, with the time studied and the readiness you reported.
  • Your progress — streaks, weekly consistency and the goal you chose.

Deleting only some of it

You do not have to close the account to remove things from it.

  • Delete an exam in the app. Open it from Plan, choose Delete, and it goes along with every study session that was planned for it.
  • Ask us for anything else. Write from the address the account uses and say what you want removed — your session history, a piece of homework, your goal. We do it and reply to confirm, and the account stays as it is.

A few things worth knowing

Deleting is not the same as signing out. Signing out leaves the account intact and you can come back to it. Deleting removes it, and signing in again later will not bring anything back.

If you never made an account, there is nothing here to delete — guest data lives only on your phone, and uninstalling Clarinu removes it.

Anonymous usage statistics may remain. They were never linked to your name or your email, and once the account is gone there is no way to connect them back to you. The Privacy Policy explains what they cover.
